Order Processing<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Rural Dispatch Schedule<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">LDJ Ventures (Pty) Ltd is lovingly packed on a farm about 15\u202fkm outside our nearest town. For this reason, parcels are not dispatched daily. Courier collections occur <span class=\"s2\"><b>3\u20134 times per week<\/b><\/span>, depending on our trips into town.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Dispatch Timeframes<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Orders placed <span class=\"s2\"><b>before 12:00 PM (SAST)<\/b><\/span> on business days are typically dispatched the <span class=\"s2\"><b>same day or next business day<\/b><\/span>. In rare cases (e.g. public holidays), dispatch may occur on the <span class=\"s2\"><b>third working day<\/b><\/span>, but never beyond that.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Stock Availability<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">All items are subject to availability. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you within <span class=\"s2\"><b>24 hours<\/b><\/span> to offer an alternative or arrange a refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Delivery Partners<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Primary Courier:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">PUDO<\/span> (Pick-Up, Drop-Off) locker-to-door or locker-to-locker service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Secondary Courier:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The Courier Guy<\/span>, used for bulk orders or areas not covered by PUDO<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\">Tracking details<\/span> will be sent to you once your parcel has shipped.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Shipping Costs<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dynamic Rates:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier tariffs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Free Shipping Promotions:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">From time to time, we may offer free shipping based on order value or promotion codes. Remote &amp; High-Risk Areas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Deliveries to <span class=\"s2\">remote<\/span> or <span class=\"s2\">high-risk<\/span> zones (e.g. farms, mines, border areas) may incur surcharges or be redirected to the <span class=\"s2\">nearest PUDO locker or Courier Guy depot<\/span>. If applicable, we will contact you to make suitable arrangements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>6. Failed Delivery Attempts<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">If no one is available to receive the parcel:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The courier will attempt to call or SMS you,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Try a <span class=\"s1\">second delivery<\/span> on the next business day, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Redirect the parcel to a <span class=\"s1\">PUDO locker<\/span> for collection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Uncollected parcels are returned to us after <span class=\"s2\">7 calendar days<\/span>. Re-shipping will be at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Damaged or Lost Parcels<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">All parcels are <span class=\"s2\">insured<\/span> up to the declared value.
