Terms and conditions:
- Packages are pre-paid and hours will only be available after payment is received.
- Hours will expire 30 days after payment is received.
- *“use it or lose it” (instead of rollover) but I will ensure you are getting your full value before the hours expire. I will let you know when you are running close to hitting your maximum hours.
- Should you exceed your hours, you will be billed at the additional p/h rate (or a fixed price agreed upon per project).
- For each assigned task I will assess an estimated time of execution.
- You will get a detailed breakdown each time of the projects worked, and hours allocated to each task.
- Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be invoiced separately. Examples of such expenses are: Paid Ads, Website Plugins, Templates, Graphic Stock, Software, Domain Names, Hosting Accounts. * Those invoices terms will be net 15.
