Designing an email signature can be a very difficult thing to do as it defines you are your brand. Luckily I have made it simple by breaking it down into 3 different packages.

Each package is designed to fit your brand, style & budget.

PACKAGES: 

BASIC: Static

• This email signature is a quick on the go design, related to your industry
• Exported into 2 different formats (Jpeg, and PNG)
• Includes 1 free change
• Includes instructions for your employees on how to implement the new email signature
• This is a static image which means you won’t be able to edit it yourself. If you need static email signatures for multiple employees, please submit an enquiry to info@ldj.co.za and I’ll get back to you with custom pricing!

PREMIUM: Interactive

• This email signature is a smart design, related to your industry
• Exported into Microsoft Word format
• Includes 2 free changes
• Includes instructions for your employees on how to implement the new email signature
• This is an interactive email signature (with hyperlinks) which you will be able to edit yourself

CUSTOM: HTML

• This email signature is a smart design, related to your industry
• Exported into HTML format
• Includes 2 free changes
• Includes instructions for your employees on how to implement the new email signature

What I need:

• This is a design-only product.
• All information needed on the email signature (name, title, contact number, email, website, address, social media links)
• Your company logo in Vector pdf or PNG format
• Don’t have a vector logo?  (Click here) and add one to your cart.
• Colour scheme you like (you can use the colour picker here and send me the # values)
• (Optional) an example of what you would like

What is seen as a change?

• A free change is multiple corrections done all in one go
• If the free change is not used, it will expire two weeks after you’ve received your final design
• Changes that are done one by one will be billed @ R100 per change after the free change
